QUOTATION & PROFORMA INVOICE:

 With pictures enclosed will be presented you within 24 hours as soon as received your inquiry. All price quoted are whosale based on standard packing methods in the currency of United States Dollars in terms of F.O.B Hochiminh City Port (Incoterms 2000). Discount is considered for large order of more than 10×40 DC

 COUNTER SAMPLES:
It can be either provided in a week based on available moulds or 20 days later if the new mould in case of need.

 BARCODE AND STICKERS:
Just send us by e-mail your design and requirement so that we will follow up

 QUALITY & SPECIFICATIONS:
Since all products are hand-made, normal tolerance of 10{1092f1ce8feee7c2bb7a5124b4fe1faec275658d49d8c4a4581bf895615dbcec} in dimensions and color is expected.
For any items requested by Customers and not in our availability, we need full detailed instructions and specifications to process.

 PAYMENT TERMS:
In order to make more convenience for you in payment we can accept all kinds of payment: Irrevocable L/C at sight, TTR, D/P. Your order will be carried out upon receiving your advance payment or L/C,
1.By Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C)
2.By Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

The balance of Commercial Invoice amount will be paid within 7 working days of fax copy of Bill of Lading and Commercial Invoice Shipping documents will be sent to you via fax or e-mail under your advices.

 LETTER OR CREDIT:
Establishment of irrevocable letter of credit to our bank account with + or – 15{1092f1ce8feee7c2bb7a5124b4fe1faec275658d49d8c4a4581bf895615dbcec} variance allowed.
The L/C must be opened and confirmed after one week of order confirmation.

PACKING & DELIVERY:

FOB Ho Chi Minh City port, Vietnam or CIF to destination.
Packing: depending on the shapes and dimensions of the products, we normally pack by wooden crate or 5-layers export carton, with shipping-marks imprint. Pallet packing or carton tray or carton box or your own packing is welcome.

QUANTITY:

To maximize the container loading capacity, you orders should be a flexible in item and quantity (+ or – 10{1092f1ce8feee7c2bb7a5124b4fe1faec275658d49d8c4a4581bf895615dbcec} variance allowance on quantity), you should order a maximum of 10 code items for container 40 feet.

LABELING:

Barcodes and labels can by printed by us according to customer’s instructions. The instructions need to be sent to us 30 days before shipment.
All these packaging charges are included in the selling prices as mentioned above.
To maximize the container cubic capacity, your orders should have a flexible quantity of filler items, which will be packed as top loading or in small vacant areas.
The lead-time of production is normally 60 days for the 1st shipment, and 2 weeks for each following shipment of the same products. Depending on the availability of designs and moulds in our production, this can be arranged to be earlier.
Full detailed shipping instructions need to be sent by customer within two weeks of order-confirmation.
Goods will be dispatched 45 – 60 days from receipt of L/C or T/T.
